Cristiane began her career in the retail sector, working for her family’s group of stores, where she served as a manager and team leader for more than ten years. With a degree in Business Administration, she transitioned professionally in 2004 to dedicate herself exclusively to her own business consulting practice. During this same period, she also began teaching in graduate-level academic programs.

Her personal and professional journey is deeply rooted in Northeast Brazil, particularly in Sergipe, the smallest state in the country, a place she proudly identifies with. Throughout her career, Cristiane has traveled extensively across Brazil for both education and work. Many of her certifications and specialization programs were completed in São Paulo and Salvador, as well as in Buenos Aires and the United States.

She studied Social Psychology in Buenos Aires, where she defended both her doctoral and postdoctoral theses. Her academic work brought together her studies in business administration, strategic management, and group dynamics with Jungian psychology and the spiritual teachings she received from her spiritual advisor, Benjamin Teixeira de Aguiar.

Her consulting practice began through unexpected invitations to speak and facilitate behavioral training programs following the presentation of her undergraduate thesis on leadership. Recognized as one of the university’s best papers of the year, it received special distinction and was featured in a public gallery. These studies, combined with the extensive professional experience she had already acquired, helped Cristiane find her true professional calling and inspired her to pursue her education with consistency and depth.

In July 2004, she became a student at Sociedade Maria Cristo, an organization with special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), under the guidance of her professor and spiritual advisor, Benjamin Teixeira de Aguiar. From that point forward, her studies and professional methods began to incorporate a broader spiritual perspective, completely separate from religiosity. Jungian psychology, philosophy, neuroscience, and modern physics took on a new dimension in her work, particularly regarding the understanding of purpose and meaning. Her studies in holographic management, biology, neurolinguistics, and the latest developments in neuroscience are also integrated into her work, which remains aligned with the research and publications of the world’s leading business schools.

Beginning in 2004, invitations to speak at conferences and facilitate training programs outside her home state became increasingly frequent, leading Cristiane to participate in national and international events and conferences. In 2012, she began intensifying her research and professional activities in the United States, traveling there with increasing frequency until the pandemic. She later decided to immigrate permanently after being recognized by the U.S. government as a professional of exceptional ability whose work serves the national interest.

Her first speaking engagements in the United States came through invitations from her spiritual advisor. In 2012 and again in 2015, Cristiane was invited by him to speak at the United Nations Headquarters in New York during his organization’s annual international event. There, she presented on fraternity within organizations, a subject that would later become the central focus of her research and her book, Fraternal Leadership in the Meta-Awareness Age, published in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
